On the 29th December the current European Machinery Directive (98/37/EC) will be replaced by the 'New' Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC). There will be NO transition period.
This is the date when the transition period between the old EMC Directive (89/336/EEC) and the new EMC Directive (2004/108/EC) comes to an end.
